He was very rude and unhelpful. I went to Xpress Tailors in Lewisham and had a much better experience. Some people think customer service doesn’t matter but it does. Won’t recommend at all.

Great service. Fixed my coat zipper and made alterations to help me not keep getting the zipper caught in the coat lining! So repaired, and improved! Recommend.
