Store is nice enough, however, the manager 'Lori' comes across as either outright rude or incredibly socially inept. Seems she doesn't know how to interact with people in a normal manner, very strange behaviour and expressions with myself and other customers, not sure how COOP ends up with such characters in management... read full comment

THE STAFF ARE ROBBING CUSTOMERS FROM WINNING LOTTERY OR SCRATCH CARD TICKETS. THE STAFF ARE NOT TRAINED TO DEAL WITH CREDIT TOP UP VIA ELECTRICITY SUPPLIERS ON PAYPOINT. THE STAFF ARE ROBBING CUSTOMERS FROM WINNING SCRATCH CARDS AND I REPORTED IT TO AREA MANAGER. SACK THEM.
