Not accepting card payments all week, cash only. Not accepting co-op card either so customers have not been able to get the discounts they should and are paying more due to the store's issue. I'd expect an issue like this should last a few hours, not days.

Extremely rude staff as always! especially Samsul(name is based on the receipt) not once or twice and either behind the counter or not always rude.. No matter how tired or whatever you are don’t bring that to customers and drop the attitude…

The only time I would be happy to come to this supermarket would be post apocalypse when every where else has been looted.
Overpriced, poor choice, always at least 2 self service tills broken. And I have long since given up trying to scan my coop card. Last time I went they didn't even have baskets.
