Not accepting card payments all week, cash only. Not accepting co-op card either so customers have not been able to get the discounts they should and are paying more due to the store's issue. I'd expect an issue like this should last a few hours, not days.

Extremely rude staff as always! especially Samsul(name is based on the receipt) not once or twice and either behind the counter or not always rude..
No matter how tired or whatever you are don?t bring that to customers and drop the attitude?
Furthermore the prices are stupidly expensive in low quality and their mainlines, they think they are Waitroses !!

The only time I would be happy to come to this supermarket would be post apocalypse when every where else has been looted.
Overpriced, poor choice, always at least 2 self service tills broken. And I have long since given up trying to scan my coop card. Last time I went they didn't even have baskets.
PROS: it's conveniently located

This morning, I went to the co-op to buy cherry tomatoes. I was confused about the price, so I took different packs of cherry tomatoes and went to the billing section. There was a lady at the billing section, and I requested her to bill the less expensive one. Suddenly, she replied, 'You didn?t check the price when you took the cherry tomatoes?' I was shocked because she spoke to me very rudely. I was speechless, and then she again loudly asked, 'I am asking you, didn?t you check the price?' She behaved very rudely in front of all the customers. I felt very bad because I was confused, which is why I asked her to bill the less expensive one. I never expected her to respond like that. It?s not a good way to treat customers, it?s their responsibility to behave nicely.
She is not good. I am not blaming her, She is older than me, and she doesn?t know how to behave properly towards girls. This happened this morning. I was fully disappointed, and I am still thinking about the incident. I am very hurt. I have a small suggestion , please train your staff on how to behave with customers. I think the management has never trained the staff on how to treat customers nicely.

An Indian lady at checkout till at 11:50 am 20/8 was rude to me. She was giving me attitude when I want to change the item that she scanned. And she told me ?you should have told me earlier?. How am I supposed to know? As the item was all behind her at checkout, I can not have a look to see. I was asking nicely to change the item and that is how she treated me. I went here few times never seem to have this problem, other staffs were great. Only this one time, to be honest I dont even want to write this but she was so rude. Being a customer, I feel so offensive.

Staff had the audacity to accuse my partner of stealing a £10 bag for life that he came in with and already bought a couple weeks ago.Staff were hostile and followed him around the store, telling him he needs to pay for the bag, talking amongst themselves saying to make sure he pays for the bag.He already paid for the bloody bag the other day! Of course it?d look new, it?s a ten pound bag. It shouldn?t age instantly after one use!Also. Shop window had what appeared be bullet holes and was plastered with graffiti.This store is an eyesore for grays inn road and requires immediate closure by the council. I shall be lobbying them for this, forthwith.All of your staff in this store need urgent retraining and judging by your reviews, I?m not alone in this assessment.Get. In. The. Sea.

The staff does not seem to care about service. Twice this month I grabbed something from the shelf and it was way expired. Luckily once I realized at the till, but second time I realized only at home and I had to bin everything.Multiple time they tried to double charge me when paying with contactless. I had to show the notification from google pay for them to believe me.Never grab stuff from the offer tray. They should all be due to expire on the day or day after but instead they are all expired and they are covering expiry date with the bar code.Coop brand should be ashamed of this shop!
