The creek brûlée doughnut is everything!! The caramelized sugar topping was lovely.

These have become a bit iconic, so you have to try them if you're at Borough Market. We came too late, but thankfully they were still serving them out of their baking school. We tried the creme brulee and the berry cheesecake - both very good! Not as sweet as an American donut, which was nice.

I understand the hype around this place. Soft light donut pastry, creamy, not overly sweet fillings. I wish we'd tried the creme brulee donut because it looked great but our chocolate velvet and blackcurrant cheesecake was fantastic too.
