Bad customer services and also they forgot why we need to book before we go there I book my appointment 3:50 I was sitting there to be called for 30 minutes that is time wasting I don't like it and am not going there ever again

I want to appreciate Sajia she's taking blood tests for the last 2 years. She's amazing and also very helpful I don't need to spend hours waiting in the hospital. Thank you for the surgery to make that available.

the MOST DISGUSTING GP in uk! Receptionist, you need to be sacked. Phone lines are always off, they turn on voicemail everyday so that it?s impossible to get an appointment, you have to physically go inside the GP. Ridiculous, what gives you the right to close the phone lines at 1pm? This is constant, not an one off occassion

I asked for a simple A4 paper that states I have chosen them and includes my home address on it. They asked for 50 pounds for it. What a great welcome pack from the manager!

I have been a patient at this practice for over 15 years and have always had great experience. All staff including the receptionists, doctors and nurses have always been courteous, very helpful and remain professional.I had an appointment yesterday and had a great experience. An error was made on my appointment, but the GP managed to squeeze me in. She was extremely through and I was pleased with the outcome. Receptionist went out of their way to support me.

No means of communication, despite filling the patient triage forms, requesting advise on the nhs app and trying to call them directly, I haven?t managed to get through not once and haven?t heard from them either after waiting for their reply. Had to call 111 to reschedule an appointment and currently still caller number 6 in the queue having waited for 20 minutes on the call. So 50 minutes later I got to caller number 1 and the phone hung up on me.. What service is that?? You?re keeping me on the phone for almost an hour on my lunch break to then hung up?? Do you have any compassion for people in need that are calling your practice? Where is the manager and what are they managing exactly??? I?ll be taking this to the ombudsman, enough making jokes. Can?t book an appointment online, can?t find them on the phone, the reception is pure jokes at all times. They seem so busy from the outside but every time I?m there for an appointment it?s empty and super quiet. Generally very difficult to find anyone and book a simple appointment to remove stitches. Pure jokes. Not to mention they can?t even send a text message to confirm the appointment. I had to deliberately ask them once so I have it on file and it took them 10 minutes and 2 people trying to send it. They don?t even know how their systems work!!! Just really lazy and unorganised. The worst GP I?ve ever been to. Wouldn?t recommend ??

I felt unwell and called at 8am for an emergency appointment. Thr receptionist Halima was very good and booked me to see Dr Fernandes today .Dr Fernandes examined me and gave me good treatment Very happy with the GP service

A Doctor who called himself Ali, just hang up the phone on my telephone appointment, while I was telling him about my symptoms, with anger and impatience manners.(which have ruined my day already) Normally I know most of the Doctors at this practice who are very professional and helpful. But this person really needs a training on how to communicate with his patients before he try to treat people. Very disgraceful and rude Doctor, with no empathy for the patients.

I?ve been attended by doctor Joyce Fernandes, it?s been a really nice surprise to finally find a kind doctor ready to listen my problems without rushing me.I?ve got the appointment in one week time which was wonderful compared to previous years when the waiting time was 2-3 weeks.The clinic needs big improvements indeed as it looks very old and not updated to our days.I gave up the idea of calling for an appointment as this seems that it?s not really working?I?m just going over there, I presume the clinic has to many pacients for his capacity.Overall my experience was very good this time because of dr Fernandes.

I have always found this surgery very helpful, the receptionists are always polite and try to get an appointment as soon as possible and all the GPs I have seen are kind, caring, they listen and help. Especially, Doctor Fernandes

I'm very happy with the service as a patient.The receptionists and the GP's are providing a very good service. I've not had any issues with appointments or if I request repeat prescriptions. In fact I'm having the same treatment as a patient who has a private GP. I've asked numerous times for referral letters for doctor appointments and they either fax them to me at my work place or recently they send it as an attachment through my email.They then call me to make sure I have received my referral! This is excellent service.Fidan the Manager assistant just this week resolved an issue in five minutes for me. As for those who have given one star, I'm quite shocked. It doesn't seem like the same GP.

Can never get an appoitment. There was a couple months where an automated message would say surgery is closed no matter when you called.Now that they?ve ?rectified? the phone issue you can ask for a ?call back?, when they do eventually call back It doesn?t even ring once they just pretend they?re calling back so we have a miss call and hang up. I know this because it?s happed twice and both time my phone was in front of me when they ?called back?They lose results of blood/smear tests. And just very disengaged and dismissive.
