Bad customer services and also they forgot why we need to book before we go there I book my appointment 3:50 I was sitting there to be called for 30 minutes that is time wasting I don't like it and am not going there ever again

I want to appreciate Sajia she's taking blood tests for the last 2 years. She's amazing and also very helpful I don't need to spend hours waiting in the hospital. Thank you for the surgery to make that available.

the MOST DISGUSTING GP in uk! Receptionist, you need to be sacked. Phone lines are always off, they turn on voicemail everyday so that it’s impossible to get an appointment, you have to physically go inside the GP. Ridiculous, what gives you the right to close the phone lines at 1pm? This is constant, not an one off occassion

NHS GP practice serving patients in and out of the area, register online or come into the practice to pick up the registration forms. Established since 1998, we have four GPs, one female and 3 male, a paramedic, a group of advanced prescribing pharmacists, a phlebotomist, a physician associate, two practice nurses and a health care assistant whom patients can see. We offer both telephone and face to face appointments. We provide all NHS PMS services as required. We run ear microsuction clinics- by appointment only. We offer these services to the local population. We are housed in a grade II listed building and share this building with community services. Car park available to patients.
