Shocking customer care had an appointment for issue with my headphones was told nothing could be done. Then took them to another Apple Store and the difference was unbelievable well done Westfield Apple restored my faith. Also I only had one call from the Brompton Road Store as I wanted to speak to management however no return call crazy rant over.

they like to take your money and sell you faulty products but when it come to putting it right they wanner send you product to another county half way across Europe and tell you just pay another £550for another pair of headphones you have had nothing but trouble with since I brought them apple has gone right down hill.and there staff had got rude and unprofessional

I had a poor experience at this store. They provided me misinformation regarding the repair of my device (information that had supposedly come from the store manager). I raised the issue with a senior member of the Apple team via their customer service who were surprised to hear of what they?d told me. I?ve now having the issue rectified at another Apple Store. The poor customer service I received is far from usual of my experience with Apple.

Very poor customer service. I walked in, mentioning that my headphones weren't working properly. I was told the earliest appointment was in 15 minutes. I made it clear that if that is the case, I am happy to wait; if longer, I will return another time. It took them 40 minutes to approach me. I guess it would have been longer, but I was already impatient; hence, they finally sent someone over. The conversation was no longer than 1 minute, and the information could have been easily passed on to me the moment I entered the shop while registering. It was rather basic information that every Apple Store worker should be aware of. Considering Apple product prices, you should value customers time more Apple. I could have done extra 40 minutes worth of work so I could finally afford a pair of your expensive headphones. You owe me 40 minutes of my time! Really not happy! The lack of common sense in this country is killing me!

Not so great experience when I visited this store to pick my phone on launch day. Have been picking up the new iPhone on launch day for quite a few years now and never had to stand in a queue even after booking a time slot. Staff was clearly not engaging enough and I could see a bunch of them simply standing and chatting around. The whole pick up process was a mess and felt unprepared. What is even the point of booking a slot and arriving few minutes before if you are going to stand in a queue for more than 25 minutes!Definitely choosing the Covent Garden store next time.

The interior design of Apple Brompton Road is simply stunning, It's a single, wide, and open space with some supporting columns reaching up to an undulating wooden ceiling, with lovely 12 trees. Apple Brompton Road is best reached via London Underground's Piccadilly Line, and the closest station is Knightsbridge. The furthest is a four-minute walk away from the Apple Store, but that walk takes you right by London's single most famous - and famously most expensive - store, Harrods.

Great customer service !Very friendly and polite people working there.I had a problem with my airpods and they manage to book someone to help me in 10 min. The shop looks amazing very modern but I think the music is too loud. Great that we have another store in the city !

After an initial positive experience with Meredith who tried to assist us with a broken Apple Watch, we were then unfortunately handed over to the manager.I was made to feel unwelcome and patronised for expecting a product I had paid in excess of £600 for only 2.5 years ago, to still be functional. I was told that ?technology moves on?.I will certainly not be choosing Apple again for my next phone or laptop purchase. Which presumably will be fairly soon given how poorly even Apple staff expect their products to perform.

All staff were amazing.Unfortunately their manager doesn?t deserve his place for his such an arrogant attitude with full of ego.He looks at people (customers) like a piece of dirt. We also have business which deals with people everyday. We never behave and treat them the way he does.He needs to learn lot f things to deserve his management position.

Really poor customer service. Went to pick up a new laptop and asked for some help with setting up my new Mac. I needed the photos to be connected to Mac and be displayed via my iCloud whilst not being automatically downloaded (to keep the storage free of photos). I was given an assistant who was busy with another client whilst briefly « helping » me and he was proving to me that it is not possible and the photos will download anyway if I turn on Photos in iCloud. I asked for another assistant which took ages to come, he helped me to set up photos so that they don?t upload to my hard drive. I had another question for him but then the sirene went off and he said he?s gonna come back to me. I?ve been waiting for another 7-10 mins, watching him walk around , talk to staff etc. I came up to him after waiting for so long and he said « I never said I would come back to you ». And honestly, the overall service , conversations with a client are just unacceptable. Am I in Apple Store or somewhere in the Moroccan bazaar?

Terrible customer service experience, similar to many others who were appalled by the poor service offered here. Genius Bar appointment was delayed but staff did non apologise for the delay. Dismissive and unfriendly manager not offering solutions to my problem (an Apple problem) and giving a bad reputation to Apple as a whole. I wish I had read the reviews before - they wasted over an hour of my time. Better stay away from this badly managed store!

Had a great experience with Joel. I had informed him that I had lost my phone and needed help with transferring everything and what steps to take next . He helped me step by step and reassured me. He answered any questions i had very happily. He gave me a very warm and excellent experience !! Thank you Joel

(I've been to this store many times and always enjoy using the iMacs for free internet or taking funny webcam pictures with the filters. You also appreciate the helpful staff and clean environment. I would recommend this store to others.
