Entered store on 5/9 to collect an online order asked. Girl at entrance where I should go to collect it & was directed to customer services at the other end of the store. There is never enough staff never enough trolleys or baskets. Need to have more check outs open as the queues are always so long

Twice on the weekend, there were no trolleys available to do my shopping. I had lots of things to buy, found very hard using a basket, without any pull along.
