Never again will i use this Pharmacy, I have never known such unhelpful service and incompetent staff.I would rather drag my crippled legs to another place than this.So sorry it has come this is, used to be so good, especially in the community.

I had an e-consult here having been sent incorrectly by my GP. Unfortunately the pharmacist (Kar Man) consulting informed me that he couldn't prescribe the medication I needed as this needed to come from the GP directly. However, he was really helpful in subsequently helping me get the medication. I had a real nightmare trying to obtain it but Carmen went out of his way to firstly contact the surgery on my behalf and followed up several times with myself until I had received the medication.I have subsequently moved from my originally nominated pharmacy to this one as I got the feeling that they genuinely care and will be reliable.

If I could give it them more than 5 stars, I would 100% do that. Impeccable service and the friendliest, most helpful and kindest staff. A huge shout out to Karman, literally the nicest and most gentle human being. So amazing at administering jabs that I could have fallen asleep during the process. Highly recommend this place, especially for travel jabs. 5 STARS!!

I walked in on the off-chance that I might be able to get a Covid booster jab. Despite not normally being open for vaccinations at the time I attended, the pharmacist kindly still gave me the vaccination.Excellent swift service; thoroughly recommended!

I booked a trip last minute and needed some travel vaccines. Kar Man the pharmacist was extremely helpful on the phone with advice and booked me in later the same day. I?ve just had them done and it was painless and easy! He even managed to organise a new asthma inhaler as mine was running out. Would 100% recommend! They?ve found themselves a loyal customer!

Both me and my girlfriend came to this pharmacy for travel vaccinations. The service was outstanding and the person administering the vaccine (Karman) was lovely and super helpful. Couldn't recommend more.

The best customer service I have ever experienced.Polite and accommodating , delivered my medicines as I couldn?t walk although their delivery agenda was already packed.Will definitely visit again (hopefully in store next time)
