What used to be a wonderful service has become just a money making venture since the change of ownership. Very sad

I had an e-consult here having been sent incorrectly by my GP. Unfortunately the pharmacist (Kar Man) consulting informed me that he couldn't prescribe the medication I needed as this needed to come from the GP directly. However, he was really helpful in subsequently helping me get the medication. I had a real nightmare...
