“I stayed at short notice due to horrible plumbing issues at home meaning I couldn’t stay in my flat that night. I was feeling very upset and let down by the managing agent of the building I live in as they had not been very helpful. Then I was checked in by Irena. She was so kind, helpful and caring and really made me feel better and start to smile when all of wanted to do was cry or scream till then. The room was decent and the facilities were as expected.”

Furthermore, I encountered an issue with my room door being jammed, which added to the overall dissatisfaction with my stay. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel and would caution others considering a visit.”
