Security is very rude. I tried to come in to the shop today and security not allowed me to come in because of my coffee. I ask where I can leave the cup and he said just on the street outside!?! What ?

I visited this Zara this evening, 5 minutes before the store closes, to return an article. The security guard kindly allowed me to quickly go to the cash desk on the first floor. There was only one sale assistant, a lovely young lady who kindly processed my return whilst acknowledging another customer who needed her help.... read full comment
