“Click-and-collect check-in was fine. However, it took longer than I thought for them to find my order and bring it to me. The brand could provide some seating for people waiting to collect orders.”

“No trip to England is not worthy of a visit to at least one Marks & Spencer. If you are an American and unfamiliar with M&S, just think of it as the Trader Joe's of America when it comes to food M&S Foods sells all M&S brands. The biscuits (especially the shortbread) are not to be missed and you should save room in your suitcases. M&S (regular) it is like a department store. Great quality clothing for great prices. If you are traveling to England during your birthday month, make sure to sign up for the Marks & Spencer loyalty card and you will get a sweet treat or grapes free for your birthday. These are located all over the country and all over London. If you go during any holidays, it's even better.”

“I shopped in this shop for my grad's day. I have been assisted by a sale assistant called Saba, who was very gentle and kind, assisted me with the best outfit for my special day while store manager, Monica, was very good at advising and boosted me and I could get the best of the best one! Overall this was the best service I have ever got. Thankyou!”

“I visited this Zara this evening, 5 minutes before the store closes, to return an article. The security guard kindly allowed me to quickly go to the cash desk on the first floor. There was only one sale assistant, a lovely young lady who kindly processed my return whilst acknowledging another customer who needed her help. In short, I had a great experience. Thank you again to this lovely lady for her excellent customer service. She deserves a pay rise ?”
