“Today I use for the first time the self-service counter for trolleys, it was very sensitive, there was not enough space for all the shopping, I kept calling for assistance and when I started to loose a bit my patience because it was taking to long , I said: this machine are supposed to save time not to waste it. The sale advisor had a fit saying, don't use it next time so maybe they will do something about it.
