Opening times are incorrect both on here and on the boards outside the shop. People queueing outside while staff can?t even come out to say what the correct opening times are. No information on their front door either. Not the hardest thing to sort out in s it? How bad is the management of everything else I fail to imagine. Waste of time

Where to start, I just don?t know how to truly describe the lack of customer service that I experienced in this store. It was baffling. I work in retail as well and you can tell that there is no proper, genuine training or care given to their employees so they don?t provide any service to their customers as a result. Their main and only focus is profit. My partner and I waited in total: 45 minutes for an item to be found in the stock room only to be told they don?t have it after asking and reminding them about it 4 different times AND visiting the store twice in one day. Where is the communication? Where is the urgency or kind demeanour? Incredibly appalling. I will never buy from Zara again, it?s not worth it. Sorry to all who have had a bad experience. Spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking customer service (almost non existent). I work for the world?s largest company and we pride ourselves on delivering the finest customer service, and seeing this was truly shocking.Waited around for an item to be bought out during a period of downtime, item never even came out and no comms from the staff. Staff are just rude, and barely speak a word but love to stand around to have a chin wag with each other. We thought we?d try our luck a second time and exactly the same thing happened, we had to ask the staff on four different occasions and waited around 45 minutes only to be told that the item was not in stock.We normally shop at more higher end stores like COS, Arket and ACNE studios and wanted to give Zara a go for some basics, however after this experience we will not be returning.Zara need to invest in proper customer service skills before they try to tart up the interior of their stores. Nail the very basics at first, otherwise you?ll have even more shoppers who want to buy high ticket items going elsewhere.

Fabulous selection of clothes. and charming staff .The 18 year old male cashier with Permed hair was a charismatic Young Guy .utterly charming...Worth a trip to just see him.!

Although I love zara clothes, the sales staff in this location never give a service with a smile and look like they don?t want to be there. Also extremely slow on the counter.

Awful, opened at 11:30 to only start returns at 12?! At least we waited outside for it to open? not happy as now have to go home with a broken jacket.

Avoid Zara to save your money and time and save the Earth!Their clothes lose appearance after a couple of dressings.Beware!The manager of the shop stole the item that I already paid for.FurthermoreBuying online is scam, very often returns are "lost" and you never get your refund!Customer service is useless.

It was such a relief to read some of your reviews. I thought it was just me having issues with their rude staff and manager. The manager ( European woman) has zero customer service experience or skills. She?s so rude . During the pandemic I went to the store to get a security tag removed ( the staff at another store did not bother to remove the security tag) so I went to my nearest Zara store in Canary Wharf. I showed them the receipt but the crazy, unstable manager refused remove the security tag. She told me to go back to the original store.Once I bought something from this store about 5 months ago the way I was treated by a Chinese/ Asian , European lady at the till was disgusting. I bought the item but few minutes later I went back and returned it because their behaviour towards me was so mean and disrespectful.3 years ago the staff were a bit more faster, respectful than now.The manager seriously needs to go through disciplinary, I hope the head quarters are reading the reviews here. Please kindly train your staff to respect your customers.

To return it is better do so in kidswear as its not as busy. The shop is extremely clean and the workers are extremely helpful with enquiries and help that is needed. I just wish that the main return/exchange lunes were faster.

I have never felt more offended or discriminated in London.I was trying on clothes in the Zara fitting room during my lunch break. When I was naked, the curtains of the fitting room were suddenly pulled open. A black boy about six or seven years old opened my curtain and lay down on the ground to peek at others. Then I found the store manager (black woman with braids)being so rude and disrespectful. saying that it is the responsibility of the parents of the child, not theirs. When I wanted to take out my mobile phone to record because I was so desperate, the black female manager directly reached out to grab my mobile phone. The black mother and child took advantage of this time to escape.Very disappointed and offended, would not recommend anyone.

Waiting half an hour in a queue to buy 1 dress and almost losing my temper to throw it and walk away. Queue is barely moving, one till is open, serving one customer for 5 - 10 minutes and 15 people ahead of me , maybe I should just leave it as not worse wasting so much time. Just feel angry I already waited 30 minutes. Your shop is disgrace and disrespect to people !!!!

Returns & exchanges are a nightmare and each time I went there, the queue was massive. Usually there is 1 cashier available, why don't you add more so it can be spread out? I see the rest of the staff walking around while usually the cashiers are the ones that are needed. Instead of spending money to upgrade the interior, why don't you train your staff and see where they are really needed cause queues are always massive... If you want to return something I would avoid this store

Terribly rude staff. Most unprofessional manager I?ve EVER dealt with. Rude beyond words. Honestly, head office need to fire the sorry excuse for a manager. My payment for an item supposedly ?didn?t go through? even though I showed them the money leaving my online bank account. Manager came out and said there was nothing they could do. After some tussle I FINALLY got the item I had PAID for but manager and staff could not be more disinterested and rude and unprofessional. AVOID.

Terrible experience, i went looking for something specifically and nobody would help, i have never seen such terrible customer service in any zara like the one in Canary Wharf , unbelievable!!!
