Opening times are incorrect both on here and on the boards outside the shop. People queueing outside while staff can’t even come out to say what the correct opening times are. Where to start, I just don’t know how to truly describe the lack of customer service that I experienced in this store. It was baffling. I work in retail as well and you can tell that there is no proper, genuine training or care given to their employees so they don’t provide any service to their customers as a result.... read full comment

Absolutely shocking customer service (almost non existent). I work for the world’s largest company and we pride ourselves on delivering the finest customer service, and seeing this was truly shocking.Waited around for an item to be bought out during a period of downtime, item never even came out and no comms from the... read full comment
