“You can always find what you’re looking for, fav supermarket to shop at. Great value!
I mostly like that they do special weeks like Italian week, Japanese week etc and you can find all the right ingredients”

“It has everything you can dream of. They have imported snacks lime takis, sour patch kids and even hersheys. They even have a subway and the aroma drifts around the shop. You can also get ice cream and has so many different services like PayPoint. Probably one of the best nisa locals I have Been to.”

“I use Canary Wharf Waitrose regularly and can always say that the staff are always super kind, diligent and welcoming. In particular I have received excellent customer service from Amy who works on the tills. The store is always well stocked, clean and staffed by a brilliant team. We are lucky to have them in Canary Wharf, and I hope they get recognised for their hard work by management.”

“I recommend the menus that they have ready to go if you don't want to spend a lot of money and they are pretty good. Only one drawback, the sushi is a little dry even with the soy. Menu £3.90. This time we didn't order the sushi. We also bought other products that had a good discount.”

“My previous review of Xmas pick-up last year was 1 star as there was a very Rude manager.. spoilt Christmas desert.. every year a problem when I pick up the Xmas order.. avoid use other branches if at all possible -£35 such a joke. However this year I was looked after by Lisa who was awesome even while their staff tried to find the Xmas order (it took them 3 attempts to get all items.. so would say management you need to get yourself sorted in terms of pickup Xmas orders.. but at least if you have Lisa looking after people they will at least be positive about it.. so changing review from 1 star to 4 star.. it would have been 3 star if Lisa hadn't of been there.”

“Good bargains and discount grocery, specifically on frozen foods- Iceland a great choice on British high Street and local market. This branch of Iceland is in the centre of poplar community and easy to commute by Bus or DLR.Avoid peak time usually during much better experience shopping early or late of open hours.”

“Lifesaver!! - open all hours, friendly helpful staff, clean, always busy (right by DLR station) but checkout queues (humans and machines) managed cheerfully and efficiently. Stock and offers great for an Express. What's NOT to like ?!!”

“It's alright to shop for most essentials but it's a small shop therefore it'll limited. However it's still a convenient local shop which will still offer reasonable price than 7-11 type of shops with somewhat better quantity produce.”

“I was not looking forward to visiting, after reading so many negative reviews, but when I got there the assistant was really friendly and helpful. There were plenty of things to choose from.”

“Convenient store near the place we live. The quality of food is good. However, from time to time, we experience very limited options of eggs / meat (hopefully, it was just a temporary issue). Also, on 1 occasion, the store actually opened 1 hour later than the time mentioned on the official Tesco website, which was quite disappointing.Among advantages - it has functionality of EVRiParcelShop.”

“Wonderful store, huge. Expats will love it here. Would recommend sockets other way around: uk to eu instead of eu to uk. Many internationals don’t have uk sockets”

“Brilliant staff in this Tesco but I would like to warn you in regards to the cigarette Sterling Superking Dual Capsules that when you light these cigarettes they burn down within 2 minutes and do not go out like cigarettes are supposed to, to stop fire within your home they are really dangerous and have reported theses cigarettes to Trading standards and have asked them to recall all of these products to be tested”

“I was pleased to see that this Tesco Express was open so late in the evening so that I could grab a few drinks and snacks to take back to my hotel room nearby. Whilst I was in the shop it got quite loud and exciting as, I assume, someone had been caught shoplifting. I was surprised to see how many South East Asian gentlemen in Tesco garb appeared out of the woodwork and helped the security guard to sort things out.I nonchalantly carried on with my modest purchases and got served by a friendly, attractive young lady who wouldn't have looked out of place in a Bollywood movie. She even laughed at my banter - now that doesn't happen often nowadays...”

“For its size and location I think this store does a great job of balancing between staples and treats. Shelves have been a bit empty on occasion with recent logistics challenges but this is rarer now - still my goto local supermarket.”
