“The hotel was nice and new, everything was clean and tidy.Staff were constantly cleaning the reception area, food was ok and kids eat for free if under 15 at breakfast.Carpark is good and has loads of electricity charges for cars.... Because of this we will be back.We was on the 16th floor so the views were amazing both day and night.... But there was one big issue.To change the temperature in the room you couldn't do it in the room... You had to call down to reception on your mobile phone which is ok I guess if you have signal or credit!Due to the massive window in the room the temperature went up and down very quickly in the room and with four people in the room all breathing and showering things got hot and stuffy quickly AND when reception didn't answer it was a pain tbh.It happened a few times that we tried to call and the phone didn't get answered so we had to open the door to the corridor which really isn't good enough..... So please allow people to control there on room temps as you can't do it in the room or open a window.Rooms: The room temperature can not be controlled by you in the room... You had to cal the reception”
