It has a very cosy interior and all the books are very easy to find. It's very clean and polished yet inviting.
I was looking for a book and the staff member I asked (with a French accent I believe) was very helpful and although they didn't have the book, he recommended another Waterstones which had the book and told me how far away it is!
They have a very vast range of wonderful books and I was very satisfied with my experience.
It is also in a very ideal area near restaurants within the shopping centre.”
