“Very good bookstore, popular with diverse people and always quiet&peace atmosphere. Staffs are always supportive with very nice attitude. However, 27th Feb met one young lady staff severing me in very bad way at the 1st floor painting kits area. She refused to help me to collect points. She said under 5 pounds purchase won’t get any points collection. Then she insisted that the paper receipt must be printed and carried with me, otherwise I would be checking if I already pay for my purchase?I still feel uncomfortable and not sure where to complain this issue. This kind of behavior really decreases the quality of this excellent store.”
