I recently went with my daughter and was served by Michael who was very kind and explained everything to us thoroughly. The store was not over crowded and I felt safe as there were not too many people inside the branch.
When visiting a YBS branch please make sure there’s enough space to allow two metres between you and any other person; this may mean waiting outside until other customers leave. We also ask that you wear a face covering to help us keep our customers and colleagues safe.
