I went to the Ilford branch of Lloyds Bank at 10:00am for something very simple that should have taken no more than 5 minutes. I queued for about 15 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, I was served by an older lady (who I believe may have been Indian). Good bank but they need to extend their time the bank closing at 5 is way too early

Pathetic service, staff is rude, they got time before closing bank but they refuse to serve customer, manager should check on staff how they're working on weekends... it's really sad and worst experience
