Workers will go above and beyond to help you.One of the times I visited this store, I was struggling to figure out which size parcel box I needed and constantly needed to leave the store to gather service to get some measurements. Over the last couple of years, since i moved in this area with my family, i have been buying stuff from BHF especially for my study, and found their price, quality and customer service very good. When i went there last time, there was hardly any staff, at least on the floor, just one tiny asian girl, who gave us and other customers her full attention and helped me decide between furniture, she was overwhelmed by the number of customers, but she kept her cool and managed everyone pretty well, we were impressed. This BHF has very good, sturdy furniture and staff are always keen to help. I am planning to buy a study table that i saw before the lock down and i really hope i can still get it when it is all finished.”
