The welcoming atmosphere he gave was really enticing and helped me get the specific tiles I needed, ordered and different products I had no idea I needed too. Anywhere this hall is shared between around 3 or more different people so ve aware that if you're making a deal with one of them it can do not apply for all of them as they just rent whole space together.”

“I bought a laptop online picked it up in the shop. The laptop was defected so I brought it back after Xmas and spoke to the lovely lady on the tills. She couldn’t have been more friendly helpful and reassuring. The techie guy (she called him) ran a check to cover that protocol and told her just to refund me because it would take too long to send it off etc., I was delighted because that’s what I wanted a refund. I must say all in all there was a very positive vibe in the shop, all the staff were friendly and jolly. The blonde lady on the till though she is great!”
“Very well priced with great customer service. Over the last couple of years, since i moved in this area with my family, i have been buying stuff from BHF especially for my study, and found their price, quality and customer service very good. When i went there last time, there was hardly any staff, at least on the floor, just one tiny asian girl, who gave us and other customers her full attention and helped me decide between furniture, she was overwhelmed by the number of customers, but she kept her cool and managed everyone pretty well, we were impressed. This BHF has very good, sturdy furniture and staff are always keen to help. I am planning to buy a study table that i saw before the lock down and i really hope i can still get it when it is all finished.”
