I had an issue with my bank card. It was stolen and I wanted to cancel it and report you for fraud and I called up Halifax bank and spoke to you. Andy and Andy was very helpful and was very clear and had a lot of patience with me and helped me resolve my issue. I would definitely recommend Halifax to people because of Andy.

£640 missing from my account. Tried to withdraw it on 16 May 2025 at PO Gordon Rd (where customer service just as abysmal). I have since been directed between the two - PO says problem is bank as chip/ pin transaction; bank says it’s PO responsibility as ‘over the counter’ transaction. I strongly advise against visiting this branch due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. It's best to seek service elsewhere for your own peace of mind.
