When i went there last time, there was hardly any staff, at least on the floor, just one tiny asian girl, who gave us and other customers her full attention and helped me decide between furniture, she was overwhelmed by the number of customers, but she kept her cool and managed everyone pretty well, we were impressed. This BHF has very good, sturdy furniture and staff are always keen to help. I am planning to buy a study table that i saw before the lock down and i really hope i can still get it when it is all finished.”
