I'm taking these cowboys to a small claims court for the exact same thing.They Ignore calls and emails.Their in house Paralegal doesn't reply to emails, the whole place is a total joke, they should be shut down.It has been 3 months since I sent them a pre court action letter, still waiting.

**They will deny im their customer and state Fake review on here!**STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO-CALLED ESTATE AGENT!!!!!Property offered was damp, broken and filthy. Had no choice but to accept 6+ yrs ago. I moved in and painted and recarpetted the 2bd property within the first 3 day. Since moving in there has been on going water leaking issues till date, cosmetic damage throughout, ceiling parts falling down and when reported cowboy jobs done by simply filling in with filler! That too after waiting for days and CC/BCC Ombudsman housing in email contact that someone calls or attends ASAP! Mould and damp peek right through even after days of the bad repairs are done!They hardly answer calls, if you speak to one agent then the next day they are not available or do not work there anymore! FIRED! Just quickly signing on landlords without inspection of property for what they are accepting to offer others! NO ECP, Gas safety, other safety reports are provided with TA! Not once in 6+yrs has there been any safety check of this property what so ever! They keep passing the phone to different agents to repeat the issue and take no notes!When the repairs people come to repair, Whom have been lovely, look at the property and complain that its a damp to even live in and state they can only repair with what is provided and cannot do extra unless ordered by agent. To report everytime a repair is needed but they cannot report back issues they see or else they will lose their job!!!!! They even said the house is hazardous!!Even after asking to be moved they say they do not have and some say they do have properties!CHECK REVIEW TO CROSS REFFERENCE AND STAY AWAY!!!

Shame we cannot give less than one star, this company really is a shambles. they put tenants in that wreck your properties, they never check on the tenants, and when it?s time for the tenants to leave they want extra rental time unpaid to do the repairs, in a normal tenancy this would be done within the rental period, they refuse to go in while the tenant is occupation. Then to add insult to injury they send in a cowboy decorator.If anyone is interested in some kind of legal challenge over the extended unpaid rental and damage, please contact me, we could do some kind of class action.

AWFUL AWFUL scam of a company. DO NOT do business with Fine Fair. Any time we call for maintenance it?s always met with excuses and delays for weeks and sometimes months and never bother to update/call back. Shambolic beyond belief! Poor property management, unprofessional and extremely rude staff who insult you and hang the phone up. If I could give them 0 stars I would because there genuinely is nothing satisfactory or professional about these people.

Absolutely awfully. They answer the phone with yeah! Manners are nowhere to be found to anybody you talk too. Don't expect them to listen because it's all your fault and nothing is on them even thought there are paid to manage the property they do nothing this company should be reported shambles of a company. , be very carefully people !!!!

I have been with Finefair for a long period of time and they have been exceptional at managing my properties. Their attention to detail and thorough process has helped maximise my rental income. They are also very quick to respond to any maintenance requests from the tenant which provides me with peace of mind. I would highly recommend Finefair for their professionalism, efficiency and dedication!

I am a landlord from canningtown. This Finefair agency is the worst office I ever dealt with, they never answer calls and when my property was handed back to me with broken window handles and loose socket. They failed to rectify it and return the property as it was when I rented. Very rude staff and unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GO TO ATLANTIC LETTING.. They are far far better.

This is the worst temporary accommodation for homeless people. I have ever lived in. Newbury House, 890-900 Eastern Avenue, Newbury Park, Ilford, Essex, IG2 7HH. Run by finefair ltd gants hill I am on the fifth floor. the room is filled with insects mold, the microwave,fridge freezer shower was already not working when I first moved in. They have 12 tenants on each floor. One of the tennants threatened me for no reason. I don't feel safe here. The security staff bully you and make you feel intimidatedWhen you ask them to fix things they don't do it. Newbury house should be closed downIt's a walking hazard.They are putting their tennants life in danger.Your better off on the streets or in prison.then living in Finefair LTD temporary accommodation in Newbury House.

I?m not going to reel off every issue I have with these unscrupulous individuals and call them scammers, other than agreeing with all the negative comments littering the internet.They are refusing to hand back MY property while having increased rental they receive from the council without increasing my income. They auto renewed my contract after I declined the renewal offer then are telling me they I am bound for another period based on me not have given them notice. A decline to sign an agreement which is clearly not an agreement from me for them to auto renew. I declined!!I can only assume that an individual or the company is pocketing the rent increases (as nobody is being transparent and ignoring my direct questions).When challenged they, ignore you, pass you around and ultimately threaten you with legal proceedings if you want to get your property back.They have zero principles and they have rude and amateurish junior staff (SC & SA) who are there to mug you off at every turn. In all my years I?ve been lucky to have never been mugged, but I know how it feels like now.I urge you to take heed and value the negative reviews no matter what response they post in reply to this review as this company has gone from great to despicable.If you want to see where your money is going check out the CEO of this company on companies house website and then you will see that he lives in a mansion in Woodford?. While you just want your small investment buy to let back.BE WARNED!!!!

LANDLORDS BEWARE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR PROPERTIES BACK WITHOUT A FIGHT. I wish I never put my two properties with FineFair. They ignore my messages and calls even when I am trying to arrange property repairs. Also refused to pay the rent for the last 8 weeks and left me with a £2,500 electric bill.
