I'm taking these cowboys to a small claims court for the exact same thing.They Ignore calls and emails.Their in house Paralegal doesn't reply to emails, the whole place is a total joke, they should be shut down.It has been 3 months since I sent them a pre court action letter, still waiting.

Shame we cannot give less than one star, this company really is a shambles. they put tenants in that wreck your properties, they never check on the tenants, and when it’s time for the tenants to leave they want extra rental time unpaid to do the repairs, in a normal tenancy this would be done within the rental period,...
