Great friendly service Barely any road noise from the M4 at night Room was clean and spacious Would highly recommend as cheap hotel in London with good access to central and outskirts

Terrible. Beds are uncomfortable. Can hear sexual noises from nearby rooms, sounded like an animal was being tortured. Bathrooms are very dirty. Pay extra and stay at premier inn
