“I had a perfectly lovely stay here. This is the hotel if you're looking to stay around the airport with super-easy access to transportation to London and QUIET (which is always a problem with airport hotels on account that they are... well, by an airport...). It's a 10 minute walk via a covered walkway to the Elizabeth Line trains - more to the Underground. One reviewer called the walkway 'shabby', but at least it's an option (have you been to LAX???). I booked a King Deluxe room and was upgraded to a King Executive Room. I can't really tell the difference between the rooms - except for maybe the lounge access (which I'll come to later). Check-in was easy and quick. The gal on the desk was lovely and let me park my rental car out front while I took my bags up to the room before returning the car. There's nothing I can really fault with the room. Plenty of cupboards, a safe, iron and board, hairdryer, espresso machine, kettle with tea and coffee (it's hidden in the cupboard under the espresso machine). Clean room, comfy bed, lovely large and soft towels. Towel rails and hooks in the bathroom (those of you who read my reviews know that not having enough of both is a pet peeve of mine). The Executive Lounge leaves something to be desired. I was there during the middle of the afternoon and there was a coffee machine and soft drinks. That's it. There wasn't any information about it in the room and I couldn't see any information in the actual lounge about what was on offer and when. Overall - I really liked the hotel. Clean, modern and people were friendly.”

“There were no complaints (this time) but neither is it exceptional. Rooms are a little tired and basic but nothing to particularly highlight as a negative.

Close to Heathrow, great views of north runway if that's your thing.

On the upside, super quiet and comfy bed.”

“The rooms were fine for the price. Bedding nice and fresh. Getting a taxi a taxi is a bit difficult as a private road has a camera that charges a fine for using. You have to enter via the motorway. Staff very helpful and helped me get taxi firm who came to the hotel.”

“Stayed here as part of a Caledonia coach trip, I was pleasantly surprised, nice clean spacious room, lovely fluffy towels. Bar area small but ample, staff friendly. Breakfast was nicely cooked, restaurant area nice and clean. Reception staff, smart, friendly and polite”

“I stayed at treaty lodge for 7 weeks..I like it there and the landlord was very good always help out but I did torment him but he did find it funny.... well to be honest i didn't want to leave treaty lodge but I did and I missed it that much I used to go there on a friday night and stay there till Sunday evening and when boys had school holidays and they stayed at there dads I spent more times at treaty lodge..”
