“Ended up in here thanks to a British Airways delay. Room was nice but the provider buffet wasn’t so great - ended up eating in the hotel bar which was pretty good.Right next to Heathrow airport so if you need somewhere to stay before a flight the next day this place is ideal. Not the best experience at check in for customers who were booked in from airlines though.”
