“We stayed at the Premier Inn at Heathrow (M4/J4) because of its convenience to the airport, good price, and reasonable reviews. We found a very nice room, with good amenities, and a helpful staff. We did have an issue with the booking on line because of the new system, but the helpful staff at the front desk corrected the situation. Parking was easy and inexpensive. The only challenge was negotiating the roundabouts at M4 interchange.”

“Our stay at the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, yet incredibly affordable compared to the city center hotels. Its convenient location, just a 15-minute ride from Heathrow International Airport, made it an ideal choice for our trip. The £25 ride from the airport was quick and hassle-free, adding to the overall ease of travel. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff made us feel warmly welcomed with two small bottles of Prosecco—a delightful touch! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with incredibly comfortable beds. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I encounter a problem by misplacing my AirPods Pro out of the case somehow, and Gwen went out of her way to assist me. Unfortunately, AirPods were never located. One of the highlights was the breakfast experience. Unlike the typical Swedish table-style buffet found in many European hotels, breakfast here was served at Carluccio’s, the charming restaurant on the first floor. The food was outstanding, and the service provided by the sweetest British female server was simply unforgettable. Her attentiveness and kindness left a lasting impression on us and truly elevated our morning. Although we dined at Harrods the previous evening, we wished we had saved room to try Carluccio’s for dinner - it looked like a great option. If you’re looking for comfortable and affordable stay near Heathrow, this Marriott is a fantastic choice. We can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely return next time we’re in the area!”
