I don’t have any problem from Hounslow staff they are really helpful but I am giving 1 star to Santander which is a lot because they block my account without any reason it’s still block I am calling but they just give me a short reply we don’t have any kind of information , so please unlock or block my account. This branch is part of an opening hours pilot. We will be open until 17.00, Monday to Friday, with the counter closing at 15.00. On Saturdays, we will be open until 16.00, with counter closing at 12.30. All other services remain available. Santander is a large retail and commercial bank.
