Worst bank ever!!! Poor customer service and they make you feel like a criminal when depositing money and you must beg to take out funds. Sidonia is rude and abnoxious

Very bad service, after they have cut off their working hours, have to wait for ages to access or safe deposit box now. Always one colleague to serve the customers who have queries or want to access the box.. Employ more staff Metro, have downgraded your customer service by cutting the staff and your hours.
