Screen protector comes with 1 year warranty. Smashed within 3 months, staff rude and refused to replace it even upon showing proof of purchase. Very misleading

Excellent customer service, visited the store to sell a Samsung Note 20. Very polite and accommodating. Explained why they quote a price based on market value. Quick resolution and authentication process. Would definitely recommend.
