Shocking customer service, I was over charged on an item I bought went back into the store spoke to customer service who asked a colleague to check, I saw 3 of them walk over take away the big pos stand there chatting for 3 minutes all the time customer service served 4 customers, then when one man did come back he commented... read full comment

Despite the overrunning refurbishment the staff are still cheerful & more than happy to help. I look forward to the produce being in thier permanent places, rather than the current musical aisles - it is almost as fluid as the staircase in Hogwarts!!!
