“My family & I began using this shop more during the first Covid-19 Lockdown because it saved the queues that Tesco had outside the store & also because it was local & was close enough to count as part of our allowed exercise. The staff at the shop are friendly & nothing is too much bother. If they do not have anything in stock, they will make arrangements to get it in stock for you. They did this several times for my family due to some dietary requirements & it was very much appreciated by us. Thank you "Blue Shop", as we refer to you as. ??”

“Love the revamp they've done to this shop and it fits in nicely with the aesthetics of Hornchurch. They seem to be lacking some stock but that is the way of the world at the moment with shortages. I use this store mostly for hermes drop offs and pick ups and they are always helpful and accommodating.”
“This is not my favourite branch, and I haven't always had the best experience here, but, believe me, I've had far worse elsewhere.I am, somewhat, bemused by the talk about car parking. Unless you're confusing this with another branch. There is no parking here. And certainly not 'across the road'. There are nearby parking spaces but they have no connection to Tesco at all. There are space outside the store for deliveries to the store but not for customer parking.”

“This M&S is part of a petrol station located on the A127.There is some parking available if you do not want any fuel. Currently there are lights by the entrance to indicate if it's safe to enter, green for enter, red for wait.Once inside you will find the usual selection of garage goodies and magazines, plus a decent range of M&S food items which appear slightly more expensive than the regular shop.At the back of the store is a coffee shop for takeaway service only. If you go late afternoon, early evening then some of the fresh items will be on discount.Toilets appear to be regularly cleaned and the store looks like a hygienic and safe environment.”

There is also another very nice man working there, but I'm unaware of his name. Great service given by them all.”
