They don't allow you to take out money on a Saturday they want a % of my money if I wanna take it out and oh yeah they want me to wait 10 days to get my money why you open on a Saturday if I can't take money out or anything

Staff are helpful but often have to walk out as not enough of them. If I am forced to bank online then other companies offer better rates so have switched money from NWB after walking out.

Never had any problems at Nat West. Opens on Saturday unlike other banks. No fee for paying in coins unlike machines in Supermarkets. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
