“I came into the Hornchurch branch this week as the staff had previously offered to sit with me and help me reinvest the money that had matured in my bond. I took in my laptop and Derek talked me through the whole process online in a very kind and supportive manner. I also spoke to him about how best to invest a pension lump sum and again he took time to explain the options available to me that would give me some great tax free benefits. I was also presented with a brand new card reader as I left. I was very happy and appreciative of the service I received.”

“Never had any problems at Nat West. Opens on Saturday unlike other banks. No fee for paying in coins unlike machines in Supermarkets. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful.”
