I was outside the shop from 9:00am and waited around 20 minutes, but it still hadn’t opened. Tried calling the listed phone number during that time, but no one picked up or responded. Useless staff, never pick up the phone. I called many many times, and no answer. When I finally go in in person, I went up to the desk and called again. Lo and behold, it does ring, and the girl ignored it.
