“The 5* are all and only for Lance. He has given me an excellent and welcoming costumer service. He is polite, smiley and knows how to approach the clientele. This morning at 10am he was working with other 2 male staff members who have not impressed me at all. They had an invasive and cold approach for the clientele. Lance, they need to learn from you!”
