I had a very pleasant experience with this branch today. The problem was solved very quickly and the staff were very polite and patient with me.

Went reluctantly after seeing the reviews. I had to withdraw a large amount of cash and the cashier helped me out in no time, in and out in under 5 minutes. Professional and friendly staff too.Maybe with more complex queries at a busier time things might be different but everything was great for me.
