“Robert was cheerful and very knowledgable. He made my experience easy and explained the protocol clearly in layman’s terms. It was a nice surprise to see good interpersonal skills and efficient service in such a busy establishment and i am grateful.Amazing service from Leah, really accommodating and went the extra mile for me as i was unwell. This seems to be her standard of practice as she went above board to find alternative seating for an older lady who had back pain and ensured another individual who was clearly struggling was assisted. May i also add she worked well under pressure despite customers being impatient/demanding.”
