Card Factory Lewisham is an absolute disgrace. I paid £30 for a helium tank that turned out to be completely empty. So apparently, I just paid for a metal canister to admire at home like a piece of modern art. On top of that, the decorations they sell are laughably cheap?flimsy, low-quality, and barely suitable for anything. Honestly, I?d only recommend them if you?re planning to celebrate a goldfish?s birthday. Total waste of money. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ripped off and disappointed.

It is a very spacious store. Excepts cash & card. On this visit, they had mothers Day decorations up.

Honestly such a shame that I have to leave a review like this since I loved the team. However I'm quite disappointed with today's experience. I asked the staff if I could buy a wrapping paper quickly that will take less than a minute to which they said they don't have it anymore. I could literally see at least 25 wrapping paper in front of me. The time was 4:15 and they wanted to close early so they lied to me. Overall, very disappointed. If they genuinely meant they don't have wrapping paper, I think they need glasses.

The staff here are always so so kind, friendly and attentive. I?m always pleasantly surprised how kind they all are! It?s a rare thing nowadays! They deserve a Christmas bonus!

I've used card factory for as long as I can remember. I bought a large balloon today which became untied and flew away within 5 minutes of purchase. I explained the the staff that I have the receipt, the weight and string and photographs of the balloon flying away. I was told I was have to buy a new balloon as I am effectively responsible for staff not being able to tie a knot.
