Honestly such a shame that I have to leave a review like this since I loved the team. However I'm quite disappointed with today's experience. I asked the staff if I could buy a wrapping paper quickly that will take less than a minute to which they said they don't have it anymore. The staff here are always so so kind, friendly and attentive. I’m always pleasantly surprised how kind they all are! It’s a rare thing nowadays! They deserve a Christmas bonus!
