“Great experience today. Not really a DIY person but was helped by a lady called Heba. She spent a good 20 minutes with us picking out a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. She seemed to be a manager and could of quite easily passed us onto another attender but helped us directly. Her knowledge and determination was apparent. Truly greatful to her.”
