Me and my mum visited the branch today. Great branch and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service from Razeb. Razeb was very helpful and very polite.

I visited Harrow Branch today and was blown away by the great and friendly service offered by Kieron. What a lovely young man who showed what the meaning of customer service should be. My son enjoyed the chat about football.

Great staff. Quite chatty and gave a feeling of village bank with good customer service. Will love to to go again.
