Whilst I don't doubt Betty can braid, she is extremely flaky, double books clients, charges different prices according to what she thinks she can get way with and lets her customers down at the last minute. Personally I would never book with her again and won't recommend her either. She needs a crash course in customer...

I sadly won't be back as Betty does a good job on hair but unfortunately her customer service lets her down badly, Double bookings,late opening up & my final straw was turning up for an appointment to be told can I comeback the following day.Betty your customer service needs sorting out or unfortunately another black business...
