All of you are requested to never buy a SIM from this company and if you really need it, buy it from PayPal only, otherwise they will steal your money and not even give you service. and after that they will tell you that let's get together please send the game call chat chat but they won't solve your problem unless you force money from them they don't refund their money and Three times they cheated on me and each time it was wrong description.And besides they will never refund you this money and will play your case with different pretexts. I took three SIM cards from them. know how i got my money back they are a very dirty company in the middle they should not be in the uk they should be boycotted completely.I know if after two and half month i got my all money back.As per their website no 1p packageNo inconing free caller have to pay 10pNo roming in iraq, syria, and IranOn website still mentions all above but its frad and i don't know why they are in uk and there should be some organisations have took step to stop their frdulant activity.I higly recomended never buy this because i have very bad experiencesI buy esim which was not working and they replace three sim and after my holiday finish they cant reslve my isseue and didn't agree to refund me paypal came and get my money back £50one sim it was not as per description i have refund after paypal involment they give my money back £30They give me free sim as good well gesture but there is another issue incoming is chargeable not free.Third time they give me sim again its not working and after loging complaint and complaints still they don't bother to reply youAfter paypal involment i git my all money £50,£45,£30 each time i buy sim they do fraud and which they confirm not in that sim card1- imcoming caller have to pay 10p2- iran, iraq, syria no roming3- they never resolve your problems just online and do nothing, i was terrlbly disturbed two month to get my money back.4- helpline no never answered5- only you can reach by chat no other option6- very very horrible comapny7- in uk i cant explain in word for their worst non professionals behaviour.Thanks paypal you nice support you get my money back from this fraud comaony, Tahir is owner even you send email to him ge didn't bother to reply youBe carefullIn your reply i wants to inform you that paypal give decision in my favour as you just trying to rob that it and nothing.Second i necer ask you free sim you say me we will give you as esim not workingTill payapal decision my sim was not working and you are trying to ignore itVery big frad company and wasting people timeNever buy it

Call to WorldSim via live chat - Matt S was fantastic. I'm waiting for the SIM to arrive and was checking when I might expect to receive it in the post. Matt provided me with the tracking information and a link to the courier website. I hope it arrives safely soon! Matt also provided me with information on using the SIM in the UK ahead of a trip to South Korea - charges are minimal so I'm really pleased with World SIM customer services and how I'm planning to use the SIM.

Sim card not working despite multiple discussions on chat and a call from technical team. Made my trip very difficult with no access to mobile data.When I emailed support to ask for a refund, I still had no reply a week later. Poor customer service at every level. Especially the chat part where I had to explain my case all over again to each new person on the chat. Extremely frustrating!Don't bother with WorldSim, there are other options out there with much better service!!!Weeks after I have contacted their customer service there is still no update!

Bought 2 SIMS and paid for a US number (extra charge). The US numbers never were put on. Matt was pleasant on the chat and said it would be taken care of, and wanted me to make 3 positive reviews. I made those reviews, which I now want to completely negate. Took my trip to the middle east without getting a US number, which was an important part of why I got the SIMS. World SIM is a rip-off. They don't provide what you pay for. I had a chat twice with Matt and both times he told me it would be taken care of, but nothing was ever done.

I have used worldsim for a number of trips now as my domestic provider has excessively high roaming rates. Works very well and is backed up with great customer service when i had a few account issues (Thanks Cathy).

Worldsim CHAT representatives always try to help. I?ve been with Worldsim for several years and when the old SIM card got outdated during COVID (and I had not realized it due to nit traveling during COVID)- Worldsim found a way to transfer my balance (even though they could not get into the outdated SIM card) to the new SIM card! I appreciate this because I had over a $230 balance! Thanks Worldsim!
