OMG, I can't believe the rude cashier complaining that I wanted something else to buy in the shop. THE NERVE OF ME HUH. and what I purchased ontop of a few bread rolls were some grease buns described as cinnamon yummy! And this is from a person who loves Wenzels! 2 of Those Straight Into The Bin! ?? I usually enjoy getting my breakfast from Wenzel?s as the food is consistently good. However, my experience today left much to be desired in terms of customer service. I went in to purchase two filled baguettes, each priced at £3.95. I had £8 in change, which I handed over, but the staff member insisted on counting it out in front of everyone. She even said, "You cannot take the food until I count," which felt quite unnecessary and made me uncomfortable. After counting, she said I was 10p short, so I gave her an extra £1 and told her to keep the change.
When I mentioned this to a friend, they said this behavior isn't uncommon with this particular staff member. While the food at Wenzel?s is great, the customer service?especially from this staff member?could really use some improvement. A pleasant experience at the counter makes all the difference.

Visited your Ealing store today as it was recommended by my colleague.I had never been to one of your stores before as we don't live in london.Omg fantastic 5 stars, great friendly service and very appetising food and nice clean store, much better value for money than Greg's.I will be back next time I'm in London.keep up the great work and please pass this on to your instore staff.I was super impressed, great job guys

This wenzels is pretty bad in general, i only get literally anything from here if im in a rush and need a train quickly, but today i went to collect a 2good2go back from here as i accidentally selected it instead of the st anns road wenzels. I came in and a worker started serving me, and half way just gave up and called another worker to do it, he then proceeded to put 3 disgusting looking baguettes in my bag with ham, 2good2go participating stores are ALWAYS supposed to ask the customer about allergens, ham and bacon. After i explained i dont want any baguettes nor can i eat ham, this worker blankly stared at me and put another baguette in the bag, also all of this happened without him saying a single word, but rather looking at me like a moron without a brain. If you aren't going to do 2good2go properly then don't register your store for it. Proper rubbish

Popped in today around 16.45 to buy a loaf of bread. The lady at the counter was extremely discourteous towards me as a customer . I now understand why your customer ratings are so low. This sort of bad attitude towards customers brings a very bad reputation to your company . Will never patronize you again. ?

Opened new shop in Poole, Dorset. What an absolute shambles. Ordered food / drink via Just Eat, despite receipt attached to bag showing full order only had half the order. Telephoned them to say we had missing items to be told ' we have peoplein training, do you want to re order the items missing '. Avoid at all costs. The food was so dry and stale. Close the door when you end up leaving Poole guys.

Very poorly run company with miserable staff that are over worked and under paid, most definitely under appreciated. Please don?t support this company as the owner and directors give themselves millions in pay while working the staff beyond what is reasonable. The lack of empathy for their staff is beyond horrific. Their financial results have just been released and the company is over stretched, mismanaged, financially unstable and heavily in debt. It?s being run into the ground while on an over ambitious expansion plan that it cannot afford or manage. I give it 12-24 months before it folds.

I placed my order with the guy behind the till and I asked for a pepperoni sandwich and got a drink, me thinking he put the right sandwich in the bag, he actually put a different one in, and it's not a sandwich I can eat. I was really disappointed when I got home.

I got given a rock soild pizza that was most likely sitting from yesturday,the cheese is literally impossible to break or move when i got home i opened it and noticed it was freezing cold but the solidness gave it away ,they couldn?t even be asked to heat it
