The staff are either unprofessional or wouldn't like to work on my prescription because it needs preparation. Unfortunately, a lady said you have to change your prescription because there is a mistake! While there wasn't any mistake in the prescription. Changing it takes three days at least, and because of this pharmacy's staff wrongdoing, my kid's treatment would delay for a few days and has to suffer from pain if I listened to their wrong request!!After that, I went to Tesco's Pharmacy. The staff gently said, please wait for 10 minutes to prepare it.

Been using this pharmacy for 10 years or more. They have a very good team of people who are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A good product range. I have always found them to be supportive too.

We have been using this pharmacy for more then 7 years. Since they have changed the staff/owners the service is terrible. I was given the wrong strength of prescription I didn't realise till I had taken a few of them. The GP sent me for a blood test just to make sure I would be ok. My mother in laws medication is never available they always make us wait along time for it. They don't bother to inform us, we have to keep asking them.

I use this pharmacy as my regular they have started ear wax which worked really well for me no problems since having it done. Friendly staff. Clean always find the products I need.

The pharmacy is very clean and tidy.found the staff polite the pharmacist was extremely helpful and kind as she advised apprioprately. I will be coming back here again.
